I had a great stay at this hotel in Malacca. the value for money was excellent - I couldn't believe the reasonable prices for such a comfortable stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the basic amenities provided were more than sufficient. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was so close to the city center and all the tourist spots, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.
All in all, everything was just fine.

Additionally, the staff provided two bottles of mineral water and a kettle in the room for convenience.
The room lacked basic amenities, such as a fridge, chairs for sitting, and hand soap in the bathroom. Additionally, there were no breakfast options provided and no room service. while the hotel was basic and affordable, it lacked some necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is situated in a location that is easy to get to and is not noisy. It is very near to tourist spots, the city centre and public transportation. Additionally, the hotel facilities and room condition are very clean. Lastly, the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Room cleanliness met my expectations and the location of the hotel was very convenient, being within short distance to tourist spots. the staff were helpful and friendly during my stay.
The room was quite basic and the facilities were limited. The air conditioning unit was not as efficient as I would have liked.
